Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Shortening |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ½ | teaspoon | Lemon extract |
| 3 | Hard cooked eggs, sieved | |
| 2 | cups | Sifted flour |
| Corn syrup | ||
| Chopped nuts | ||
| 5 | dozen cookies. | |
Directions
Cream butter, shortening and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add salt, vanilla, lemon extract and eggs. Mix well. Stir in flour. Mix well.
