Prepare loaf pan with Pam spray; preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Sift together the flour and sugar with the baking powder, salt and cocoa. Beat eggs; pour in boiling water and vanilla. Stir eggs into flour mixture. Pour batter into pan and bake until done.
