Curry rice

| ½ | cup | Golden seedless raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Flaked coconut |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Cayenne red pepper |
| 3 | cups | Water |
Directions
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until water has evaporated, about 20 minutes.
