Curry rice

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Rice
½ cup Golden seedless raisins
¼ cup Flaked coconut
1½ teaspoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Cayenne red pepper
3 cups Water

Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until water has evaporated, about 20 minutes.

(Yields 6 servings)
