Curry paste for meat

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Freshly Ground Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 teaspoon Mace
10 eaches Cardamom Pods ( Remove Seeds To Grind) OR
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 tablespoons Ground Coriander
½ teaspoon Ground Caraway Seeds
1½ teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Anchovy Paste
2 teaspoons Vinegar
