Measure | Ingredient |

2 tablespoons | Bacon drippings or oil |
1 cup | Uncooked rice |
1 can | (13.75-oz) chicken broth |
1 can | (10.5-oz) consomme |
1 tablespoon | Worcestershire |
¾ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Cumin |
Saute onion, pepper and rice in drippings until golden. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or place in casserole, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
