Crockpot meatballs 2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 pounds Italian sausage
1½ cup Sour cream
1 can Fried onions; 2.8 oz
2 \N Eggs
1 pack Onion soup mix; 1 oz.
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
1 pounds Shredded mozzarella cheese

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Form into Balls. Place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees until firm, about 20 minutes. Place meatballs in crockpot. Top with soup and cheese. Cook on Low 6 hours. MDFD30E Helen Jolly.
