Crawfish pasta

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Crawfish; tailmeat only
Vegetable cooking spray
1 Clove garlic; minced
½ cup Green onions; sliced
1 cup Mushrooms; sliced
3 ounces Parmesan cheese; grated
5 ounces Evaporated skim milk
8 ounces Pasta; any kind

Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Saute garlic, green onions and mushrooms until tender. Add crawfish tailmeat and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and evaporated milk. Simmer about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta.
