Crawfish cornbread

cupCornmeal
½cupCooking oil
½teaspoonBaking soda
1teaspoonSalt
1canCream style corn
2Eggs
½poundsCheese, grated
1cupOnion, chopped
1poundsCrawfish tails
2Jalapeno peppers, choppe

Directions

Mix all ingredients except crawfish. Blend until moist. Add crawfish and stir well. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Randy Rigg
