Cranberry brisket

Ingredients

| 4 | pounds | Rolled Brisket of Beef |
| 1½ | ounce | Dry onion soup mix |
| 14 | ounces | Jellied cranberry sauce |
| 1 | cup | Water |
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degF (180 degC). Combine all ingredients and pour over brisket, using enough water to cover. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Slice while warm and return slices to pot to absorb juice.
Re-heat just before serving.
