Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
1 can | (10.75-oz) cream of celery soup |
1 can | (10.5-oz) pepper pot soup |
1 pint | Half-and-Half |
1 can | (6.5-oz) crabmeat; drained |
¼ cup | Sherry |
Mix soups and Half and Half. Shred crabmeat and add. Heat. Just before serving, add sherry. Yield: 6 servings.
