Crab and corn chowder

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Onion, chopped
4 tablespoons Margarine
⅓ cup Flour
3 cups Milk
2 mediums Potatoes
1 small Green pepper
1 slice Celery
1 cup Half and half cream
4 slices Bacon, crisp and crumbled
2 cans Crabmeat
1 can Kernel corn

Saute onion in margarine until soft. Add flour and cook gently for 1 minute, remove from heat. Gradually add milk. Return to heat and cook until thick. Add diced potatoes, celery, green pepper and cream. Simmer 30 minutes. Add crabmeat and corn. Heat through.
