Couscous with sun-dried cherries

½ cup Couscous, uncooked
8 ounces Chicken stock
2 ounces Sun-dried cherries
Salt and pepper, to taste

you'll see. Put cold stock, couscous and cherries into a pot. Place the pot on a stove at medium heat. Allow to come to a simmer.

Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Adjust seasonings.Spoon some couscous into a ½ cup measure and press firmly. Unmold onto the serving plate.
