Couscous with dried apricots

Directions

Bring water to boil either in saucepan or glass Pyrex measuring cup in microwave. Combine couscous, apricots, and spices in large bowl. Add boiling liquid. Cover immediately with plastic wrap or lid; let stand until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Uncover, fluff with fork. Cool.

Mix green onions and basil into couscous.
