Cornish hens w/wild rice

Ingredients

2Sheets aluminum foil
Pam
1Box long grain wild rice
6ouncesJar mushrooms; slice, drain
4ouncesAlmonds; slivered
1tablespoonBasil flakes
¼teaspoonSalt
2Bay leaves
1teaspoonTarragon
½teaspoonChives
2tablespoonsButter
1teaspoonSoy sauce
cupSpring water
1teaspoonBlack pepper

Directions

In a saucepan cook the rice and the remaining ingredients to make a stuffing for 15 minutes on medium. Stir and cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Take rice and stuff it into each hen. Make sure each hen has 1 bay leaf only. Spray the foil with Pam and wrap each Cornish Hen tightly. Put them in a crockpot, add ¼ c water and cook on low for 10 hours.
