Corn pudding #1

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ Stick butter or margarine
½ cup Milk
2 larges Eggs; beaten
1 can (16-oz) cream style white corn
3 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder

Melt butter in 9x9-inch pan & set aside. Stir together milk, beaten eggs, corn, sugar & baking powder. Pour into pan. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes.

Serve hot. Serves 5 or 6. (If using pyrex dish, reduce temperature to 350.) MARY ANNE ROSCOPF
