Consomme chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ pounds Boneless chicken breasts
Flour and salt
Butter
1 can (13.75-oz) beef consomme
8 ounces Sour cream

Flour and salt breasts and brown in butter. Add consomme and simmer 40-45 minutes. Add sour cream and cook 10-15 minutes more. Can be prepared a day ahead of time.
