Connie's walnut rice

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Rice -- uncooked
2 cups Chicken Broth
½ cup Black Walnuts -- chopped
1 small Onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons Butter

Brown rice, nuts, and onions in butter, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. (Get it nice and brown). Add broth, cover pan, and simmer on a very low heat until rice is completely cooked.
