Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Rice -- uncooked |
2 cups | Chicken Broth |
½ cup | Black Walnuts -- chopped |
1 small | Onion -- chopped |
2 tablespoons | Butter |
Brown rice, nuts, and onions in butter, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. (Get it nice and brown). Add broth, cover pan, and simmer on a very low heat until rice is completely cooked.
