Colorful whole grain salad

Ingredients

2cupsCooked AM Brown Rice (Medium Grain)
1cupCooked whole grain wheat OR- rye or red lentils (or sprouted instead)
1Green bell pepper; chopped
1Red bell pepper; chopped
1mediumPurple onion; sliced thinly
½cupMayonnaise
½cupPlain yogurt

Directions

Mix mayonnaise and yogurt. Combine with all the other ingredients and toss. Chill thoroughly.
