Coconut orange chicken

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flaked coconut;
½ teaspoon Salt;
1¼ teaspoon Coriander;
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Brown sugar;
1 cup Orange juice;

Place above ingredients with only half of the orange juice in a blender containter and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides and add another ½ cup of orange juice. Cook chicken to intrustion on the bag.

Pour sauce over chicken and serve. A recipe I found on a chicken bag from the store. (those big bags)
