Christmas jam

Yield: 14 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Frozen strawberries -- whole 20 oz. OR-
2½ quart Fresh strawberries
1 pounds Cranberries -- fresh or
5 pounds Sugar
2 eaches Pectin -- 3 oz each
Liquid fruit pouches

Grind strawberries and cranberries in a food processor or grinder; place in a large kettle. Add sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil; boil for 1 min. Remove from the heat; add pectin. Cool for 5 min.; skim off foam. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving ¼ in. headspace.

Adjust caps. Process for 15 min. in a boiling-water bath. Yield; about 14 half-pints
