Chocolate toffee crunch

Yield: 5 cups

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Muesli cereal
1 cup Margarine
1 cup Brown sugar
6 ounces Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400. Spread cereal in even layer on large foil lined baking sheet. In medium saucepan over medium high heat combine margarine and brown sugar. Cook until mixture comes to a boil; boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour margarine mixture over cereal in thin stream; spread evenly to cover cereal. Bake 5 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate pieces evenly over cereal mixture; spread evenly when chocolate pieces begin to melt. Chill until set; break into pieces and serve. Store in airtight container in the fridge.
