Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | (9 oz) chocolate wafer cookies |
½ cup | Sweet ground chocolate cocoa mix; (such as Ghirardelli) or sweetened cocoa mix |
⅓ cup | Chambord or other Raspberry-flavored liqueur |
2 tablespoons | Light corn syrup |
1½ cup | Finely chopped pecans or walnuts |
In a food processor, grind the cookies to fine crumbs. Add the chocolate, Chambord and corn syrup and process until the mixture sticks togeter.
Transfer to a medium bowl. Add 1 cup of the nuts and stir until well mixed.
Roll into 1¼" balls. Roll the balls in the remaining chopped nuts. Place on wax paper or paper lined jelly roll pan. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Makes about 3 dozen bon bons.
