Chocolate raspberry bon bons

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (9 oz) chocolate wafer cookies
½ cup Sweet ground chocolate cocoa mix; (such as Ghirardelli) or sweetened cocoa mix
⅓ cup Chambord or other Raspberry-flavored liqueur
2 tablespoons Light corn syrup
1½ cup Finely chopped pecans or walnuts

In a food processor, grind the cookies to fine crumbs. Add the chocolate, Chambord and corn syrup and process until the mixture sticks togeter.

Transfer to a medium bowl. Add 1 cup of the nuts and stir until well mixed.

Roll into 1¼" balls. Roll the balls in the remaining chopped nuts. Place on wax paper or paper lined jelly roll pan. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Makes about 3 dozen bon bons.
