|8 ounces||Cream cheese; softened|
|2 cups||Cold milk|
|1 pack||Chocolate or fudge instant pudding mix|
|2 teaspoons||Instant coffee powder (for mocha)|
|1||9" baked pie shell OR graham cracker crust|
|Whipped topping or whipped cream|

Beat cream cheese until light. Add milk. Beat. Add instant pudding mix. Can add instant coffee powder. Beat for 1 minute. Turn into baked or graham cracker crumb crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Chill or freeze for several hours. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
NOTES : Can be served chilled or frozen.
