Chocolate dipped stuffed dates

1 pounds Pitted dates
⅓ \N C.; grand marnier
½ cup Toasted whole almonds

Soak dates in hot water to cover (30 minutes). Drain and pat dry. Soak dates in Grand Marnier (1 hour). Drain if necessary. Stuff each date with an almond; melt chocolate as below. Dip date in chocolate to coat completely. Arrange on plate; refrigerate until chocolate is set.
