|3||Squares semisweet chocolate|
|1 pack||3 oz pkg philadelphia cream|
|Cheese -- softened|
|1||7 oz jar marshmallow creme|
|2 cups||Cool whip -- thawed|
Microwave chocolate in large micro-safe bowl on HIGH 45-60 secs or until almost melted, stirring halfway thru heating time. Remove from oven; stir until completely melted. Add cream cheese and vanilla; mix at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Blend in marshmallow creme; fold in whipped topping. Pour into 1-quart serving bowl or individual dishes. Refrigerate 2 hrs. Garnish with fresh raspberries and shaved chocolate. Makes 4-6 servings.
Variation: Substitute 1 cup whipping cream, whipped, for cool whip.
