Chocolate chip pumpkin cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Cloves
¼ teaspoon Allspice
¼ teaspoon Ginger
2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
2 cups Pumpkin
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 cup All-BranĀ® Cereal
1 cup Chocolate chips
1 cup Nuts -- chopped

Mix together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, spices, and sugar. Set mixture aside.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add pumpkin, oil, and All-Bran cereal and mix well. Add dry mixture and stir only until combined; do not overmix. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour mix into a Bundt pan.

Bake at 350 F for one hour and ten minutes.
