1cupCottage Cheese
½cupSugar
½cupWalnuts; chopped
2Egg Yolks
1teaspoonVanilla
8ouncesSemisweet Chocolate; melted
1cupWhipping Cream; whipped
2Egg Whites; stiffly beaten
19 Inch Graham Cracker Crumb Crust; baked
Whipped Cream And Walnut Halves; (Garnish)

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer on high speed until smooth. Add chocolate and blend well. Fold in whipped cream, then egg whites. Fill crust, cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and walnuts just before serving.
