Chocolate cake with amish starter

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Oil; or shortening*
⅔ cup Sugar
⅔ cup Cocoa
3 Eggs
1 cup Batter; Amish Starter
1¾ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Water; 3/4 cup*

Beat together oil, sugar and cocoa. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in batter. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with water and vanilla. Pour into 2-9" pans (greased and floured). Bake at 350 for 30 min.

*If you use shortening, increase water.
