Amish cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 large Crushed pineapple
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Walnuts; chopped
12 ounces Cool Whip®
1 small Vanilla instant pudding mix
1 large Crushed pineapple

FROSTING; (TOPPING

Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done.

FROSTING (TOPPING) Mix all ingredients together. Blend together, and frost well-cooled cake.
