Chocolate and cherry loaf abm

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Half-And-Half; plus
2 tablespoons Half-And-Half
2 \N Eggs
¾ teaspoon Orange Rind; grated
¼ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Bread Flour
2½ teaspoon Yeast
¾ cup Semisweet Chocolate; chopped
4 ounces Dried Cherries; soaked in
¼ cup Orange Juice; overnight

Place all the ingredients except cherry mixture and chocolate in the machine, program for basic white bread and press start. After 33 minutes have elapsed, add the cherries with any remaining liquid and the chocolate.
