Chili bean machine bread~

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
½ cup Yellow cornmeal
3 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk
2 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup Whole-wheat flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 can (10oz) fat-free refried beans *
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
¼ cup Egg substitute
1 tablespoon Honey
⅔ cup Water

* canned or reconstituted from dry mix Place all ingredients in the order listed in the bread machine.

Program machine for basic bread setting, and press start.

Yields: 1 loaf/10 slices

(All flours are approximate measures. You may use more or less, depending on the weight and absorbency of your flour.) Per serving: 246 calories, 4.9g fat (18% of calories), 4.1g dietary fiber, 8.3g protein, 43g carbohydrates, no cholesterol, 342 mg sodium.
