Yield: 12 Servings
|½ pounds||American Cheese|
|1 pounds||Smoked Cheese|
|½ pounds||Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese|
|1 pack||(8 Oz) Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese|
|1 small||Onion; Chopped Fine|
|⅓||Garlic; Chopped Fine|
|¼ teaspoon||Seasoned Salt|
|2 tablespoons||Lea & Perrins Brand Worcestershire Sauce|
1. Mix all of the above except Chile powder in a large mixing bowl and then form into logs. Roll in Chile powder.
2. Wrap in saran wrap and place in refrigerator, chill at least 1 hour before serving.
3. Serve with a variety of crackers.
