Chicken with vinegar peppers

4tablespoonsOlive oil
4Garlic cloves, sliced
½cupWine vinegar
1Jar sweet vinegar peppers, sliced, reserve liquid
2tablespoonsParlsey, chopped
2Bay leaves
1teaspoonOregano
½poundsMushrooms, sliced
Salt/pepper

Directions

Brown chicken in olive oil and garlic. Add all other ingredients except for peppers and reserved liquid. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes. Add peppers and liquid. Cover and steam cook for 15 additional minutes.
