Chicken w/mexican flair

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Chicken breast
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Salsa
1 cup Ceddar cheese
1 cup Nacho flavored Doritos; crushed
\N \N Salt & pepper
\N \N Olive oil

Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Mix together sour cream and salsa and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and top with crushed doritos. (I reversed this order with the cheese on top.) Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 1 hour. Serve w/rice or pasta.
