Chicken or beef enchiladas fast

2cans(6 1/2 oz.) chicken
1Onion; chopped
1pack(10 oz.) Longhorn cheese; grated
1pack(10 oz.) corn tortillas
2cansCream of mushroom soup
8ouncesSour cream; (8 oz.) sour cream
1can(4 oz.) green chilies; chopped

Directions

Mix chicken or beef, onion and half of grated cheese. Spread 2-3 heaping tablespoons of mixture on each tortilla and roll. Place in casserole dish.

For sauce, mix soup, sour cream and chilies. pour over tortillas. Top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
