Chicken and sausage with refried bean salad

¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
16 | Smoked sausages | |
½ | cup | Diced onion |
7 | cups | Refried black beans |
1 | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
1 | teaspoon | Black pepper |
2 | tablespoons | White vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Garlic, chopped |
Directions
To prepare chicken, place wings, cumin, 1 teaspoon garlic, ½ teaspoon black pepper and salt in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Be sure wings are fully coated in the spices. Place wings on a sheet pan and cook at 350 F for 25 minutes. To prepare sausage, place on a sheet pan with onion and cook at 350 F for 25 minutes. To prepare beans, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl thoroughly. To serve, place bean salad on top quarter of plate. Place wings to the left, sausage to the right, and onion to the bottom.
