Chestnut chocolate dessert (mf)

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (15 1/2 oz) chestnuts
½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup Confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons Dark rum; (up to 3)
¼ cup Unwhipped heavy cream
¾ cup Heavy cream; whipped

Drain chestnuts and rinse under cold water; dry. Place them with cocoa powder, sugar, rum and ¼ cup unwhipped heavy cream in processor. Puree, scrape down sides and process until chestnuts are pureed. Whip cream, fold into puree and chill until dinner time.

Yield: 4 servings
