Chestnut chocolate dessert (mf)

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1can(15 1/2 oz) chestnuts
½cupUnsweetened cocoa powder
½cupConfectioner's sugar
2tablespoonsDark rum; (up to 3)
¼cupUnwhipped heavy cream
¾cupHeavy cream; whipped

Directions

Drain chestnuts and rinse under cold water; dry. Place them with cocoa powder, sugar, rum and ¼ cup unwhipped heavy cream in processor. Puree, scrape down sides and process until chestnuts are pureed. Whip cream, fold into puree and chill until dinner time.

Yield: 4 servings
