Cherry cobbler-mix

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Bake it all mix
¼ cup Sugar
4 teaspoons Cornstarch
1 pounds Can tart red cherries --
Pitted
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Sugar
¼ cup Milk

Put juice from cherries and ¼ cup sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook until thickened. Add cherries and butter. Pour mixture into shallow 1 quart casserole. Blend Mix and 1 Tablespoon sugar. Add milk to form a soft dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto the heated fruit mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 425 F. oven. Serve warm with topping or whipped cream. Yield: 4 servings Recipe By :
