| 1½ | cup | Muesli cereal crushed to 1 cup |
| ¾ | cup | Flour |
| ¾ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 6 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine; softene |
| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine ceral, flour, ½ cup brown sugar and margarine; mix well. Reserve 1 cup cereal mixture; press remaining cereal mixture onto bottom of ungreased 8" square pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes; set aside. In medium bowl combine remaining ¼ cup brown sugar, cream cheese, egg, lemon juice, milk and vanilla; mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture over cereal in pan. Sprinkle reserved cereal mixture over top. Bake 25 minutes.
Cool and cut in bars. Store covered in fridge.
