Cheesecake ( black forest #2 )

Measure Ingredient
1 pack 8 oz cream cheese, soft
1¼ cup Cold milk
1 pack 4 oz chocolate pudding
1 \N Graham cracker pie crust
1 cup Cherry pie filling
1 cup Whipped topping
\N \N Grated chocolate for topping

In bowl, with electric mixer, at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually blend in milk. Add pudding mix; beat at low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl often. Beat at medium speed for 30 seconds. Spread into pie crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Just before serving, spoon cherry pie filling over pie. Garnish with shipped topping and grated chocolate. Serve.
