¼ cup | Cocoa powder |
2 cups | Graham wafer crumbs |
2 packs | Cream cheese |
⅔ cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Baileys Irish Cream |
2 ounces | Semi sweet chocolate |
CRUST
FILLING
Crust: Combine butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir in crumbs.
Press evenly over bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9 inch spring form pan. Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time at low speed of mixer. Blend in Baileys. Pour about ⅓ of mixture into bowl and stir in melted chocolate until well blended. Pour half of plain mixture into prepared crust. Drizzle with half the chocolate mixture. Repeat layers. Make a marble design by gently swirling batter with small knife. Bake at 325 for 50 to 55 minutes or until set. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool on rack.
