Measure Ingredient

1 pounds OREOS, crushed
1 cup ALMONDS, chopped
5 tablespoons BUTTER
\N \N Mix and press into bottom and sides of a 10-inch springform
\N \N Pan. Chill or bake for 8 minutes at 350-degrees.
\N \N CAKE
32 ounces CREAM CHEESE, softened in microwave for
2 \N Minutes
1 cup SUGAR
5 \N Jumbo EGGS, warmed in microwave for 25 seconds
\N \N (REMOVE THE SHELL FIRST!)
¼ cup CORNSTARCH
½ cup WHIPPING CREAM
⅓ cup AMARETTO
1 teaspoon VANILLA
