Cauliflower parmesan pasta

| 1 | Head fresh cauliflower or 1 | |
| 1 | large | Pkg. frozen cauliflower |
| 2 | cups | Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | Stick butter | |
| 1 | pounds | Rotini; (spiral) or shell pasta |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Cook cauliflower, drain almost completely, leave water on the side from cooking. Cook pasta, drain. Add cauliflower, butter, salt, pepper and 1½ cups cheese. Add water from cooked cauliflower so pasta is a little soupy.
Serve with more cheese and butter if needed.
