Catfish stew and rice

Ingredients

2mediumsPotatoes; diced
1largeOnion; chopped
1tablespoonChopped garlic
½Head sm. cabbage; chopped
2largesTomatoes; chopped
Salt and pepper
4Fresh boneless catfish fillets; halved
Hot cooked rice

Directions

Combine water, potatoes, onion, and garlic in large pot. Cook on high heat 15 minutes. Lower heat. Add cabbage, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Cook 10 minutes. Add catfish. Cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve over rice. 4 to 6 servings.
