Ingredients

| 4 | tablespoons | Dry Red Wine |
| 1 | each | Clove garlic, crushed |
| 2 | eaches | Onions, sliced |
| 3 | eaches | Bay leaves |
| 1 | x | Salt/pepper |
Directions
Simmer meat with wine, garlic, onions, bay, salt/pepper about 3 hours.
Shread meat, set aside. Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Add ingredients for sauce and simmer 30 minutes more. Good Venezuelan recipe. Find sauce recipe (mechada sauce).
