Cannellini beans and tuna

Ingredients

1canTuna in water (6 1/2 oz.)
1canCannellini beans, rinsed in cold water
And drained (15-19 oz.) OR
1canGreat northern beans, rinsed in cold water
And drained (15-19 oz.)
1smallRed onion, finely diced
1eachStalk Celery, finely diced
¼cupItalian parsley, minced (flat leaf)
½teaspoonDried oregano
½teaspoonDried thyme
½teaspoonDijon mustard
teaspoonCayenne pepper
Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste

Directions
