Cannellini beans and tuna

Measure Ingredient
1 can Tuna in water (6 1/2 oz.)
1 can Cannellini beans, rinsed in cold water
\N \N And drained (15-19 oz.) OR
1 can Great northern beans, rinsed in cold water
\N \N And drained (15-19 oz.)
1 small Red onion, finely diced
1 each Stalk Celery, finely diced
¼ cup Italian parsley, minced (flat leaf)
½ teaspoon Dried oregano
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
⅛ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
\N \N Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
