1 can | Cannellini beans, rinsed in cold water |

1 can | Great northern beans, rinsed in cold water |

1 small | Red onion, finely diced |
1 each | Stalk Celery, finely diced |
¼ cup | Italian parsley, minced (flat leaf) |
½ teaspoon | Dried oregano |
½ teaspoon | Dried thyme |
½ teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
⅛ teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
\N \N | Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste |
