Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Marshmallows (small ones preferred) |
| ½ | cup | Boiling strong coffee |
| ½ | pint | Whipping cream |
Directions
Pour coffee over marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Whip cream quite stiff and fold into marshmallow mixture. Pour into individual bowls. Chill.
Garnish with additional whipped cream. Serves 6.
