Cafe au creme quebec

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Marshmallows (small ones preferred)
½ cup Boiling strong coffee
½ pint Whipping cream

Pour coffee over marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Whip cream quite stiff and fold into marshmallow mixture. Pour into individual bowls. Chill.

Garnish with additional whipped cream. Serves 6.
