Cactus pears

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Rose-red cactus pears (up to)
3 Limes
Whipped cream

Hold cactus with tongs & rinse under cold running water. Lay on cutting board, cut off both ends, slit the skin lengthwise, loosed & lay it back.

Lift out the pulp & put pulp into a small dish. Top with whipped cream. Put a lime wedge on the rim of the dish & squeeze on the juice as you eat.
