Butter bean pate

Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Olive oil |
| 2 | eaches | Garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 | cup | Onion, minced |
| ⅓ | cup | Carrots, minced |
| ⅓ | cup | Parsley, minced |
| 1½ | cup | Butter beans, cooked |
| 1 | tablespoon | Nutritional yeast |
| 1 | teaspoon | Tamari |
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Saute garlic, onion, carrot & parsley for 5 minutes. Puree the beans with remaining ingredients until smooth. Add sauteed vegetables.
Transfer to an oiled decorative serving dish & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
