Bulgur wheat pilaf

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Vegetable stock or water
\N \N (if using water; add
1 tablespoon Bragg's aminos or soy)
2 cups Bulgar wheat
1 \N Head celery; sliced
1 large Onion; sliced

Bring water to boil, add veggies, simmer 5 minutes add bulgar wheat, bring back to boil, cover and simmer 25 minutes, remove from heat and let stand 5 mor more minutes.

Use as a side dish, alternative to rice.

Or add more veggies, such as mushrooms, peas, green beans, etc for a one pot supper.
